Is the Schwarhof estate winemaker. As a child he helped out in the family wine estate. He graduated in Enology at the University of Bourgogne in Dijon during his study he spent several years working in wine estates in France, South Africa and California. He exercises a co-ordinating role taking new and original approaches to tasks.
Is a qualified chemist and spent two decades working in a leading position in the family confectionery business before introducing biological cultivation methods in the Schwarhof estate. He fulfils a decisive organisational role in all three wine estates and brings his experience to bear on all work and processes in the vineyard and cellar.
