Franz Josef Loacker describes himself as a 'food designer'. He makes great demands on himself when it comes to creative dishes and his practical experience in top restaurants has equipped him well for the future.
He supplies us with his favourite recipes to go with wine.
Franz Josef Loacker is the youngest son in the Loacker organisation and actually he works in one of the most prestigions hotels in Geneva. He plans eventually to return to South Tyrol, so we can look forward to a top l chef with innovative ideas!

Hannes Loacker - pharmacist. He works for Loacker Remedia, which is always well-disposed towards homeopathy. He has a passion for marketing, wine and good food and helps us when necessary.

Christine Loacker is a central figure in our organisation and has a passion for customer service and tastings. Her sensitive nose, endless energy and staying power together with her constant hard work on behalf of the family add the much-needed feminine touch to our organisation.
